Arrival

Your chalet will be ready for you from 16:00. A pre-check-in may be possible depending on availability. Please inform us at least 1 week before your arrival if you would like us to arrange this for you. A check-in earlier than 1 hour is free; any additional hours will incur a fee of €10 per hour.

Registration Form

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email from us asking you to submit your details for the registration form. This will help us make your check-in smooth and quick.

Parking

Each chalet has a covered parking space in the carport. If you arrive with additional vehicles, we ask that you park them outside the carport in the available spaces.

The area around the carport is under video surveillance.

Shoes

The chalets feature high-quality wooden floors. Please leave your shoes at the entrance and feel free to use the slippers provided.

Key

The chalet key opens the main house (ski cellar, info room, milk can, games, laundry room) as well as the trash house. If you lose the key, you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Free Wi-Fi Access

Wi-Fi is available in each chalet. You will find the access code in the guest manual.

Ski Cellar, Ski & Hiking Shoe Dryer

The ski cellar and drying room are located in the main house, first door on the left.

Pets in the Alpegg Chalets

Pets are welcome at Alpegg Chalets, please note the following:
∗ No pets on beds, sofas, or blankets
∗ The fenced area around the biotope is a dog-free zone
∗ When leaving the chalet, please keep dogs on a leash and be considerate of other guests
∗ Please use dog waste bags outside the chalet area

If you are traveling with a dog, please inform us in advance. The fee for bringing a dog is €15 per day.

Additional Guests

Only guests registered with Alpegg Chalets may stay in the chalet. Any additional overnight guests must be requested and approved in advance. Non-compliance will result in a charge of €100 per night/person. Thank you for your understanding!

On Your Departure Day

Check-Out

Your chalet will be available until 10:00.

Late Check-Out

A late check-out is possible depending on availability and occupancy. Please note that we charge 50% of the daily rate for a late check-out. To inquire, please contact us at least one week before departure.

Trash Disposal

The chalet key opens the trash room at the entrance. Waste separation:

• Black bin: Residual waste
• Cardboard & paper together in the appropriate container
• Plastic & cans in the yellow plastic bag
• Glass in the glass container
• Compost bin (fruit and vegetable waste)

Care Obligation

The chalet must be treated with care by guests and accompanying persons. Tables and furniture should not be moved, and kitchen utensils and dishes should remain in the chalet. Please close doors and windows when leaving the chalet (rain and snow can enter through tilted windows). If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. The renter is liable for damages, up to the cost of replacement.

Payment Methods

You can settle your bill the day before or on the day of departure from 8:00 am. We accept cash, debit cards, Mastercard, and Visa.

Private Chef in the Chalet

Enjoy an exclusive culinary experience in the chalet – from a romantic candlelight dinner to a convivial evening with family or friends. Our private chef, Irene Heigenhauser, prepares delicious regional three-course menus.

Bread Service

Start your day with fresh rolls from the traditional Decker bakery in Waidring. The exclusive breakfast service delivers freshly baked rolls and breads directly to your chalet by 7:30 am.

Prices:

Adults: €4.90 (1 roll, 1 bread)
Children: €3.00 (1 roll, 1 pastry)

Minimum order: 2 people.
Order: At least one week before arrival or directly during booking.

Weber Gas Grill in the Garden

A Weber gas grill is available in the garden for cozy barbecue evenings with friends, family, or just for two. Enjoy unforgettable moments with a delicious barbecue!

Fresh Milk from the Organic Farm

Fresh organic milk (€1/liter) is available from 7:00 am or 6:30 pm at Rettenmooshof (directly across with a bell tower on the roof). The milk can is located in the entrance area of the main house.

Bathing in the Wooden Tub with Mountain View

A unique experience: enjoy a bath in the wooden tub with breathtaking mountain views. The natural bathing experience is exclusively available in the Premium Chalet Berg.Kunst and Premium Chalet Berg.Pioniere – the perfect place for relaxation and well-being amidst nature.

Whirlpool Experience at the Alpegg Chalets

Two of our exclusive chalets feature whirlpools for unforgettable moments of relaxation. Immerse yourself and enjoy the soothing bubbles amidst the picturesque alpine landscape. The whirlpool is exclusively available in the Premium Plus Chalet Berg.Heimat and the Main Lodge. Massage functions and lights can be adjusted via the control panel. Please shower before using the whirlpool. A cleaning fee of €80 will be charged if the whirlpool is significantly dirty and requires extra cleaning.

In our Casa Chalet, you will also find a special Swirlpool – a unique version that provides gentle currents and soothing water for a unique relaxation experience.

Sauna Cube in Front of Your Chalet

After an adventurous day, unwind in the exclusive sauna cube directly on the terrace of your chalet, with a magnificent view of the mountains. A unique wellness experience by the biotope – perfect for regeneration and well-being.

Biotope - Refreshment in the Morning

The biotope is approximately 1.70 m deep. Numerous water plants help regenerate the biotope. Access to the biotope is via the playground through the gate.

Lookout Tower

Located in the fenced area by the biotope, you will find a lookout stand. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the view.

Books and Games

You will find books and games in the wooden box in front of the reception. Please return them after use.

Bouldering Wall and Play Area in the Garden

The play area includes a small trampoline and a playhouse with a slide. The mat for the bouldering wall is located in the ski shoe drying room of the main house (first door on the left). Children must be supervised. Use at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

BBQ Weber Gas Grill

Please inform us one day before use so we can provide you with the gas cartridge. Be sure to read the user manual before using the Weber gas grill. After grilling, the grill must be cleaned according to the instructions. If additional cleaning is required, the cleaning costs will be passed on to you.

Tobogganing and Snowshoeing

In the wooden shed in the carport, you will find two toboggans engraved with “Alpegg Chalets” as well as two pairs of snowshoes and poles. These winter equipment items are available to borrow depending on availability.

Ski Rental and Snow Sports School

Ski rental Intersport Kienpointner and the Snow Sports School Waidring are located at the valley station. You can also rent bikes and cross-country ski equipment in Waidring’s village center. Tip: Register online and save 10%.

Brought bicycles can be stored in the wooden shed at the carport or in the ski cellar of the main house (with chalet key), depending on available space. Please do not bring bicycles into the chalet.

Smoking in the Chalets

Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. Please enjoy your cigarette outside. An ashtray can be found in the box at the entrance or on the terrace.
